Delivering Our Heartfelt Holiday Wishes to YOU...

A MESSAGE FROM TONY MARTINEZ...

As we wind down what has been a difficult and challenging year for our world, I spent some time reflecting on the past year. I wanted to share with you my thoughts about my life and my wishes for yours...

Gratitude: I am grateful for the amazing family, friends and clients that I have that have taught me so much this year. I especially learn so much from my children. They teach me about patience, being open to new ideas, and they call me out on my stuff! I feel blessed and am sincerely grateful to have such an amazing network of family, friends and clients that continue to teach me so much.

Resilience: It's been a challenge this year to see so many family, friends and clients suffering through this difficult time. I am inspired by the resilience and perseverance that so many people in my communities are showing up with. These are very challenging times for so many people. I think the power of ingenuity, courage and creativity is helping folks weather the storm. There are almost always opportunities that present themselves during times like these especially to the resilient. I'm trying to be resilient myself and be open to the opportunities that may show up in my personal growth, health routine, and professional life.

Surrender:This has been a year dominated by surrender. I can't control how people react to the pandemic, how difficult it is for my friends and clients with young children at home, by the uncertainty of the real estate market, etc. I try my best to let go of "results" and continue to focus on the "process" that has been successful before. The results may not be immediate, but I have faith that positive results will manifest eventually.

Listen: I try to continually work on this skill. It's been more important this year than ever given the stressful pandemic reactions, political strife, and social justice changes going on in our society. I don't need to fully understand or agree with all the differing points of view at a given time. However, I feel it's been important to listen and hopefully over time I will gain more understanding.

Give Back: Whenever I've been in a rut this year and I focus on giving back, it comes back to me many times over. Actions speak so much louder than words. This simple but very powerful principle has brightly shown through this year in spades.

Wishing you and yours a holiday season of health, safety and abundance and a new year filled with new possibility, opportunity and connection. May we all meet here again next year, counting our blessings, celebrating our endurance and remembering our humanity.

A MESSAGE FROM JENNIFER FOX...

Recently as I celebrated my birthday, I pulled three Angel Cards to guide, inspire this coming year. I wanted to share them with you here in celebration of the simple and free things available to us all this holiday season.

Freedom: Freedom is a wonderful gift. I think a lot about the freedom I experience everyday. I have the freedom to manage my time, the freedom of wide open spaces and a comfortable home, the freedom of choice in my life, the freedom of personal expression and the freedom to work.I hope that my clients experience a sense of freedom when they work with me. It's my hope that my knowledge, connections, and confidence in our direction gives them a sense of freedom to allow their objectives to be met.

Trust: I realize my opportunity this year to give others my full trust as they manage my staff and run my company (Fox Property Management). Trust is a gift we give others. I appreciate that my clients trust me with their investment and the financial decisions needed to produce the best result. Trust is earned, and it's my intention to continue to work to earn the trust of investors who need to find a resource that allows them the freedom to trust. Trust is built through shared values, goals, objectives, and experiences that provide a sense of confidence and teamwork to reach goals.

Beauty: It's the beauty of action, intention, effort, grace that I want to focus on this year. It's not just what something "looks" like but the process of creating beauty in how we work. I want to create beauty in the product we are selling, find beauty and possibility in the property we are buying, and then experience the beauty of a well-managed transaction where all people involved are respected and honored through the process.

May you be inspired by your own "angels" and find meaning, wonder and guidance on your way forward.
