Assistant On Call serves the needs of the busy real estate professional by offering assistant level work without the hassle of being an employer. Our staff is skilled in many of the tasks that you would hire an assistant to accomplish or in some cases the work you are doing for yourself. Spend your “freed up time” working a few extra deals a year or take that time off for other interests.
Why Assistant On Call:
Our staff is experienced in many of the systems you are currently using. There’s no need to go through the hiring and training process to get a team member who provides quality results. You won’t need to provide us any office space and you’ll never have to “find” work to keep us busy. And, most importantly, you have no payroll, bookkeeping, withholding, and unemployment tax expenses. Our charge to you is invoiced monthly and we’ll take care of the taxes and withholdings.
What We Do:

It’s easy, call or email to get started. We’ll spend a few minutes exchanging information and we’re ready to go. Our talented staff will use our resources to turn around your project quickly, usually by the next day or so depending on the project’s requirements. Once finished we will ask for you to sign off on the project. Our hourly charge means you can send us only a few projects or many projects and you will be billed only $35/hr for the work we’ve done.
