Tony Martinez
I specialize in relocation, residential sales and small apartment buildings. I have 20 years of experience in the Northern Colorado real estate market, with an emphasis in Boulder County and surrounding areas. I also have considerable knowledge of the Boulder County investment property and rental markets, having owned and managed several investment properties in Boulder County and surrounding areas. 30% of our clientele is comprised of real estate investors.
I obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from New Mexico State University and a Master of Science degree in Computer Information Systems from Denver University. I worked for IBM in Boulder, Colorado for 12 years - the last several years spent in management and account management positions. I left IBM to hold director-level and account management positions with several start-up information technology companies in the Boulder County area. I then left the information technology industry to pursue my true passion - residential and investment real estate!
My career in the information technology industry has given me extensive experience in successfully negotiating complex contracts. Clients consistently provide feedback on my ability to remain calm during tough negotiations, while maintaining a very high level of professionalism and urgency. My strong background in information technology customer service is exemplified in my dedication to client service.
I live in Boulder and have two wonderful children. We love the Colorado lifestyle including backpacking, camping and skiing. What a great place to live and raise children!
Rachel Weinberg
As a Broker Associate with Stellar Properties, I specialize in residential sales in Boulder County. I enjoy working with sellers and buyers to make what could be a stressful time in people’s lives, a rewarding and successful experience. With a BA in Business Administration and a focus in Marketing, one of my strengths is the integration of creativity to generate focused and effective marketing. I also bring more than seven years of consumers sales and five years of industry experience to the table. The values and qualities I enjoy sharing most with others both personally and professionally are integrity, honesty, loyalty, and fun!
I enjoy calling Boulder home and take advantage of all of the wonderful activities our state offers including biking, backpacking, hiking, snow shoeing, skiing, and generally enjoying the outdoors, especially with my dog Marcelle.
