Stellar Properties is not soliciting for listings.  We have recently added more support staff and they have a few extra hours per week and we’d like to offer our experience to help you market your FSBO listing. 

What We Do 

• Sharp, Detailed Property Flyer.  Let your yard sign and flyer work hard for you.
• High Resolution Photos for online advertising and print ads or flyers.
• Posting ad on multiple high-traffic websites.
• Re-Posting online ads.  Some ads need weekly updating to stay at the top of search results.
• Listed on Stellar Properties website FSBO listing page at www.stellarproperties.net
• Targeted Mailouts.  Design, print, stamp and mail postcards, letters, or brochures.
• Your custom projects. 

How It Works

It’s easy, call or email to get started.  We’ll spend a few minutes exchanging information and determining what we can do for you.  Then, our talented staff will use our resources to turn around your project quickly, usually by the next day or so depending on the project’s requirements.  Once finished we will ask for you to sign off on the project.  Our hourly charge means you can send us only a few projects or as many as you like.  You will be billed only $35/hr for the work we’ve done.
