Tony Martinez, broker/owner

Stellar Properties specializes in relocation, residential sales and small apartment buildings. As Broker/Owner of Stellar Properties, I have over 20 years of experience in the Northern Colorado real estate market, with an emphasis in Boulder County and surrounding areas. I also have considerable knowledge of the Boulder County investment property and rental markets, having owned and managed several investment properties in Boulder County and surrounding areas. 

I obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from New Mexico State University and a Master of Science degree in Computer Information Systems from Denver University. I worked for IBM in Boulder, Colorado for 12 years - the last several years spent in management and account management positions. I left IBM to hold director-level and account management positions with several start-up information technology companies in the Boulder County area. I then left the information technology industry to pursue my true passion - residential and investment real estate. 

My career in the information technology industry has given me extensive experience serving clients with the utmost respect and care, successfully negotiating contracts to achieve my clients' goals, and building strong relationships with business partners. My success is built around a strong referral network that is the result of many happy clients. I have represented my clients in over $50 million worth of real estate transactions.

I am currently on the board of directors for the Boulder Area Realtor Association, Parenting Place, and the Holiday Neighborhood HOA. I also serve as president of my BNI chapter and I am very involved in the local community.

I live in Boulder and have two children. We love the Colorado lifestyle including enjoying the outdoors and various sport activities. In the Spring I am active helping out my kids little league teams - in the Fall I am active running my kids around to a variety of soccer practices and games!
